ANOTHER YARD SALE TREASURE?
I picked up a 6 hardback books at a yard sale for $2.00.
All six are by L.Frank Baum.
and are The Wizard of Oz stories from 1904-1956
They are in great shape and make for wonderful reading. The illustration done by John R. Neill are exquisite.
I would like to believe this is a great story to tell. After all, it is going to yard sales that you sometimes get lucky. Just recently on the news the was a story of a young lady who bought a box of "junk" only to find out one of the items is worth 10.000.
Yes, that would be the jersy shaped trinket that has KING (in refrence to Lebron James) on the front, along with many genuine diamonds
I am telling my story in hopes someone that reads it may know a little about these books. I am curious to find out what they are worth. I am sure not 10,000.00
